Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders with a video add-on may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rate

We currently charge a flat shipping rate of $15 per order.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Current estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days.

Outside the Contiguous U.S.

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only by default.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For any international order we approve on a case-by-case basis, any customs duties, import fees, or local taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rachelsdreamjewelry.com. Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos.
