Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All Sales Are Final

Because Rachel’s Dream Jewelry is a mystery purchase, all sales are final.

Each order includes 10 mystery bags with 20+ total pieces, and part of the experience is the surprise.

For that reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based on:

  • style preference
  • color preference
  • general disappointment with the mystery assortment

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rachelsdreamjewelry.com.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief explanation of the issue
  • clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been packed or shipped. Once an order has been prepared for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

Packing Video Add-On

If your order includes a video add-on, that add-on is non-refundable once your order has been recorded or prepared, except where required by law or where the issue was caused by our error.
