How does the 10-bag bundle work?

Each bundle includes 10 mystery bag pulls and 20+ jewelry pieces in total. Across the full bundle, you’ll receive a surprise mix of rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings.

Can I choose what goes in my bag?

No — that’s part of the mystery. Exact items are not guaranteed.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat rate of $15 per order.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders with a video add-on may take slightly longer. Once your order ships, the current estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only by default. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, a U.S. territory, or outside the United States and would like to place an order, DM us on TikTok (@rachelsdreamjewelry) or email us at support@rachelsdreamjewelry.com. We handle these requests on a case-by-case basis.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories?

Not by default at this time. If you would like to place an order for one of these locations, please DM us on TikTok (@rachelsdreamjewelry) or email us at support@rachelsdreamjewelry.com. We may be able to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.

Can I return or exchange my mystery bag?

No. Because this is a mystery product, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

What is the video add-on?

With the Add Video option, we record your order process — whether that’s the pull, the packing, or both — so you can watch the reveal before it arrives.

Will I get exactly 20 pieces?

You will receive a minimum of 20 total pieces across your order. Some bundles may include more.

Will every order be the same?

No. The experience is mystery-based, and each order is packed to feel fun, varied, and worth opening.

Can I add or remove the video option after ordering?

If your order has not been processed yet, DM us on TikTok (@rachelsdreamjewelry) or email us at support@rachelsdreamjewelry.com as soon as possible. We may be able to update it manually. Once an order has been processed, packed, or recorded, changes are not guaranteed.
